We are absolutely overwhelmed with all the love and wonderful feedback from our very first class! Thank you so much!

Our October class is now fully booked, but if you missed out, don’t worry! We’re planning two more sessions.

We will have one in November and another in December. We’ll let you know as soon as the dates are confirmed! Spaces will be limited, so stay tuned and reserve your spot early.

I’m so excited to announce Jody and Lillie have completed a Thai Yoga/Stretching course to expand their skillset and better serve our clients. This training allows them to incorporate new techniques into their sessions—enhancing mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being. Think those fancy stretching clinics in big cities but here in Harrison! 🤩👏

A special thank you to Chad Bolding for his instruction and for guiding them through such an engaging and informative class. They are ready to integrate these new tools into their practice and look forward to sharing the benefits with you soon!
