Exciting News at Finn+Co!

We’re thrilled to share that Jody and I have recently completed a Thai Yoga/Stretching course to expand our skillset and better serve our clients. This training allows us to incorporate new techniques into our sessions—enhancing mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being.

A special thank you to Chad Bolding for his instruction and for guiding us through such an engaging and informative class. We’re excited to integrate these new tools into our practice and look forward to sharing the benefits with you soon!
