Guys, this recipe is from my recipe page and there are NO kosher dills tastier than these! Bonus: no canning necessary!
Best ever refrigerator pickles. Boil 6 cups water 1 cup vinegar and 1/4 cup kosher salt. Let cool. Scrub and slice about 3 lbs cukes. Layer in jars with 8 garlic cloves and 3 Tb chopped garlic. 1/2 cup fresh chopped dill w**d. 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1Tb pickle spice 1tsp tumeric and some red pepper slices. Pour brine over top and seal jar. Age in fridge for 3 weeks. You don't have to process these In the canner. They keep 6 months in the fridge. They were only one day old and so delicious! Can't wait till the three weeks is up.
