- Zoom Grad lounges: An opportunity to talk to other first-year graduate students and me about classes, clinic, Harrisonburg, externships, and more!
1. Thurs. March 30th on zoom 5:30pm-6:30pm
2. Thurs. April 6th on zoom 5:30pm-6:30pm
- In-person Open House March 31st, 3pm-4:30pm: Hear from Dr. Timler, meet students, ask questions, and tour the clinic!

Hello everyone!
Congratulations on being accepted into JMU’s residential SLP program and for choosing to continue your education at JMU! I am a first-year graduate student and am so excited to help introduce you to this incredible program! This facebook group is designed for students who have accepted their offer of admission to JMU’s SLP program and will be starting in fall 2024. I will continue to add new members as they accept their offers. Please use this page as an opportunity to connect with your cohort members, ask questions, and find roommates! I will be sharing more information in the coming weeks, but I am happy to answer any questions about the program, living in Harrisonburg, or anything else! Feel free to post on this page to introduce yourself so you all can begin getting to know each other and build community! Be proud of what you have accomplished and I look forward to hearing from/meeting you all soon! Go Dukes! :)
