My late teacher, John F. Barnes, often said, “Healing is a journey, not an event”. There have been times along the way that I’ve thought healing or feeling better would feel like flipping on a light switch...obvious and instant.

What I’ve come to learn is that healing is often layered by moments woven together, showing up in quieter ways like:

an easier breath

feeling more clarity

moving with more ease

Curiosity has always played a role in my life - both as a lifelong learner and on this healing path. ✨ A few months ago, I started incorporating Lymphatic Massage into my daily wellness routine, and the effects have been really encouraging! I feel lighter, my immune system feels steadier, and inflammation has noticeably decreased.

I can’t wait to share more about this practice and how I’ll be offering Lymphatic work later this Spring! 💫
