Cassie used our education reimbursement program to pay for online courses and is now a Certified Professional Coder Apprentice and a Certified Professional Biller. Her role in Nursing Administration is a vital part of hospital care, and we're so proud of her for receiving these certifications! 🎉

We’re continuing to take steps to keep our patients, visitors, and team members safe.
Beginning this week, Cass Regional is installing Evolv, a walk-through electronic security screening system, at all entrances including the Main Entrance, Emergency Department, and the hallway connecting the hospital to the Medical Office Building.
Evolv is designed to be quick and low-interruption—simply walk through as you enter. If additional screening is needed, our Security Team will assist.
This system uses a silent notification to our Security Team and does not function like a traditional metal detector.
Thank you for your patience as we implement this added layer of safety for everyone who enters our facility.

This program, sponsored by the Cass Regional Foundation and organized by our Education department, invites local high school students to participate in a behind-the-scenes, hands-on healthcare experience.

Peter brings years of experience in tail wags, unconditional love, and brightening even the toughest days—and we couldn’t be more excited to have him on the team. If you see him around the hospital, feel free to say hello… he’s always happy to help. 💙

Are you ready to stop smoking for good? Registration is now open for our 2026 QuitSmart smoking cessation program, which starts May 4!

The class involves one hour-long introductory session and two 30 minute follow ups. Registrants receive the tools to quit smoking, and the tips to finally quit. Register with Jackie by April 27 to attend!

Did you know two of our own recently tied the knot?

As employees at different Cass Regional locations, Shelby and Gavin didn’t officially meet until they matched on a dating app. After a great first date, they knew they wanted to see each other again. From quiet nights at home to exploring new cities as self-proclaimed foodies, their connection was instant. After a romantic proposal, they decided to keep things laid-back and fun with an elopement in Las Vegas surrounded by their closest family and friends!
