About last night ❤️💚❤️💚

Waking up today, my heart was so full. Last night we had a sold out Sound Bath. My sweetheart and I delighted in offering deep relaxation, soothing vibes, and wonderful instruments for the well-being of all who attended.

I have been giving Soundbath at this location for eight years and absolutely treasure my time at Connection Yoga Sanctuary. Thank you to Victoria Romani and all who come to support and experience a Soundbath. It means so much to me

It’s time to experience and explore the power of the breath with me as your guide.
In this session you will experience what is known as the re-birthing breath, the conscious breath, and the circular.

This technique lends itself to feeling, processing and releasing emotions all along the spectrum. You may have cathartic release of tears, overwhelming joy, laughter, and other intense emotions may flow. Loved ones who have passed on are able to visit, grief and trauma are able to be released. Nick Mann is a master space holder and will serve as your guide as you journey through the breath. Space will be limited to 10 individuals creating a smaller container for your healing. Please sign up for your spot.

-detached retina
-asthma
-high blood pressure (not controlled by medication)
