After years of struggling with addiction, Anthony made the decision to rebuild his life in 2021 by entering recovery. While in treatment, he connected with Goodwill Kentucky team members providing services on site, and that support changed his direction.
Through financial literacy training and transportation assistance, Anthony gained the tools and stability he needed to move forward.
“It’s a blessing what Goodwill does,” he shared.
Today, Anthony works as a full time client care navigator with Isaiah House, helping others find resources and hope just as someone once did for him.
Sundays can be a fresh start, a chance to breathe, reflect, and take the next right step.

Big thanks to our incredible community partners for making Super Bowl Sunday special at Isaiah House! 🏈
Gospel Light Mission treated our Oliva Center to homemade soup for a “Soup-er Bowl,” and The Overcomers brought amazing BBQ from Heroes Smokehouse to our Willisburg Center. The food was fantastic and the fellowship even better!

Isaiah House Treatment Center has been in existence since 1999. We are a residential, an outpatient, and intensive outpatient addiction treatment program for men and women. We are nationally accredited by CARF and licensed with the state of Kentucky as an Alcohol and Other Drug Entity (AODE). These aren’t required. We choose to meet the highest standards available. This shows how we strive to provide the gold standard of care for our clients.
We provide short-term (28 day) treatment and long-term (8-11 month) treatment. We have 27 sober living homes. We have a total of 201 beds at Patricia’s Place and Isaiah House on our Willisburg, Kentucky campus in Washington County, the Jake Kuertz and Greg Bowen Centers in Chaplin, Kentucky of Nelson County, the Lisa Walker Center for women in Harrodsburg, Kentuckyof Mercer County and Isaiah House Women’s Center for women in Versailles, Ky of Woodford County. We also have an outpatient program, Isaiah House Outpatient Services in Danville, Ky which is Boyle County.
Our programs treat the whole person with a holistic approach. Treatment through Isaiah House addresses spiritual, physical, mental, financial, legal and educational aspects of our clients' lives. We provide dual diagnosis and have individualized treatment plans. Clients get their GED’s, their driver’s license back, and can take on site college courses to earn up to 12 transferable credits. Our clients are guaranteed an opportunity for employment at 100-120 days which allows them to help pay for their stay, send money home, pay restitution and save money while in treatment.
We have employment and skills training programs such as Howard’s Metal Sales (since 2018).
We are a faith based program. Our staff includes 7 licensed medical (RN to Psychiatrist) and 22 licensed clinicians (LCADCs to Psychologist) that provide individual and group therapy, state certified peer support specialists, classes for financial management, targeted case management for legal aid, and a host of other certified staff members.
We accept Medicaid, Commercial Insurance, Operation UNITE vouchers, and KORE. We also have clients who are self-pay and sponsored by others. Contact our Admissions office at 859-375-9200 for men and 859-873-9277 for women.
