My Parents and I want to extend a huge amount of gratitude to the employees of Tri-State Health & Rehabilitation Facility! My Father, Sillis “Duke” Brooks, was suffering from heart failure and had a bad fall on January 11th. Due to the superb work of the admissions, physical therapy, nursing and CNA departments of Tri-State my Dad just returned home with us! He is stronger than he has been in a long time! The professional, thorough, and compassionate care my Father received at Tri-State was magnificent and a testimony to the standards of this wonderful faculty and its administrator! Thank you from our hearts Tri-State for giving us our Husband and Father back and thank you for having such an Awesome Group of Employees—All Employees were so good to my Father! HUGE success story at TSHRC! 🎉🎉 Ruby came to us in April of 2025 after hospitalization and had to stay with us long term *temporarily* with the goal to return home whenever possible. She worked extremely hard with therapy services and finally reached that dream this week! Ruby said “I would absolutely recommend Tristate health and rehab! They have given me a whole new family. The therapy department is absolutely amazing, and they got me back to where I needed to be to go home! I cannot praise them enough! I love my Tristate family!” We will miss you, Ruby! ❤️

Denny is a repeat offender here at TSHRC who came to us after a recent hospitalization for rehab and is headed home today! Denny said: “This is the best place I’ve been! I couldn’t ask for better therapists-Jason and Josh are amazing! I’d tell anyone to come here and if I ever needed to go somewhere again, I’d come back here!” Congratulations, Denny! Best of luck at home!
