Meet our Family Nurse Practitioner/ Injector: Pamela D. Bays began her nursing career in 1996 as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Claiborne Nursing Home. She later advanced her training to become a Licensed Practical Nurse, gaining broad clinical experience through roles in home health agencies, sheltered workshops, and physician offices.

In 2008, Pamela joined her mother, Debbie Poore, at Harrogate Family Health Care. Together, they established Hands of Time Medi-Spa in 2013, expanding the clinic’s ability to provide specialized services within the community. Pamela completed her Master of Science in Nursing and became a Family Nurse Practitioner through Lincoln Memorial University in 2021.

Pamela is committed to delivering high-quality primary care to patients in Claiborne County, reducing the need for individuals to travel long distances for specialized services. She has a longstanding professional interest in Women’s Wellness and has completed advanced training under Reproductive Endocrinologist Dr. Michael Doody and National EmpowerRF Trainer Dr. Tracy Blusewicz.
