Medical Receptionist – Tazewell Location

Claiborne Health & Wellness is seeking a friendly and dependable Medical Receptionist for our Tazewell office.

Responsibilities include:

Managing a multi-line phone system

Insurance verification

Collecting copays and past-due balances

Scheduling appointments

Performing all aspects of a front desk position in a busy medical office

The ideal candidate is a team player, pleasant with patients, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details:

Monday–Friday

Must be willing to work at both office locations when needed

Preferred (but not required):

Medical office experience

Experience with NextGen Office
