But seriously, teenagers are facing a lot of issues with posture nowadays and chiropractic treatment can be very helpful to avoid issues going into adulthood. We can help with issues such as:

Forward head posture (“tech neck”) - Caused by hours of looking down at phones or laptops.

Rounded shoulders - Common in students who sit for long periods or carry bags incorrectly.

Uneven hips or shoulders - Occasionally associated with scoliosis, a sideways curvature of the spine.

Back pain - A growing complaint among students due to sedentary study habits.
