Today was supposed to be the first day open. It was correlated with the Full Moon and the illumination it brings along with celebration.

There have been more tears than I can count about this for sure.

Now, I am waiting with you. Patience… trust… good things come in time. The moon doesn’t have to be told to show its fullness — it doesn’t get impatient to do so either.

It’s healthy to be in nature’s rhythm and so I will be like the moon… I’ll open bright then the time is right! ✨

Spackle. Sand. Repeat. This has been the last few days for me. (*and I am allergic to drywall!) 😂 …and a lot of other things. So the Pink Himalayan Salt Cave will be a wonderful, natural remedy!!

Despite the allergies, paying close attention to the little things will hopefully show one BiG thing: I care. 🫶

I care to help you put your HealthCARE back into your own hands. I intend to encourage + empower you with all of the tools I’ve learned. I know that you take such good care of others, and so I will be there to help you take care of YOU! After all, the healthier we are as a community — the healthier we can be individually!

Things are happening behind the scenes! Preparing this safe space for you to come in + be recharged to go back out into the world and do what you do has meant so much to my heart!! I find myself smiling as I’m painting, staining, cleaning, + dreaming. All the while thinking of you + how much you deserve this place… pondering how far will the ripple effect go… 💧much love, thoughts, + prayers.
