Charter Oak Health Center is excited to announce the launch of Dermatology services, beginning Friday, April 3, 2026!

Our dermatology care will be provided by Meghan Kelly, PA‑C, a skilled and compassionate provider who will see patients every Friday for a wide range of skin concerns.
