32 Grand Street — OPEN at 11 AM
Parkville and 175 Main Street
➤ Patients and staff will be redirected to 21 Grand Street, Hartford
401 New Britain Avenue, Hartford — CLOSED
Bloomfield Office — CLOSED for the entire day
