Spero Gardens

Spero Gardens Spero Gardens Assisted Living is a beautiful, vibrant Christian apt community for adults 55 & up.

In addition to a spacious apartment, residents are able to enjoy a number of common areas, including a chapel, family dining room, fitness room, salon, and library, as well as outdoor gardens and porches. The Gardens of Hartford also has a full calendar of activities and social outings to keep our residents active—physically, socially, and spiritually. In addition to a comfortable apartment
home, there are also a number of services
to assist with day-to-day needs. Residents meet privately with our registered
nurse, and a personalized care plan is
developed based on needs and wishes. Services and amenities provided:
• Care management by full-time RN
• Caregivers awake and on-site 24 hours/day
• Weekly housekeeping
• Laundry service
• Resident and family health education
• Complete meal program
• Medication management/administration
• Assistance with daily activities
• Bathing assistance/spa room available
• Coordination of medical appointments
• Fitness and wellness programs
• Activities and social events

Additional services available:
• Lab services
• Coordination of on-site physical, occupational, or speech therapy; and home health services after illness or hospitalization
• Podiatry services
• Hospice care

Another wonderful, fall, joyful afternoon with our new friends from Dairyland Seed. We had a heartwarming afternoon packed with festive scarecrows and sweet cupcake decoration with new friendships. A huge thank you to the Volunteer Center Washington County for making this unforgettable day possible. The kindness, connection and endless love for our community of amazing seniors was unbeatable.
