We are a holistic/integrative counseling center in Hartford and West Hartford, Connecticut. We utilize a holistic approach which allows us to help the whole person heal. It is our belief that mind, body and spirit must be healthy and balanced for true healing to occur. As holistic mental health providers, we utilize traditional psychotherapy such as trauma focused psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy while integrating mind-body medicine, relaxation techniques, guided meditations and imagery, spiritual counseling along with EFT tapping to name a few modalities. We can work with any life issues such as academic issues, Depression and Anxiety,behavioral/parenting issues,grief counseling, family reunification, past and current trauma, and overall stress management. Our clinicians are licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, licensed Marriage and Family therapists and an APRN for medication management. To focus on the body, we have massage therapy and Reiki, to compliment the emotional/psychological work. The Importance of Self-Care and Why It’s Essential for Your Well-Being 🌱

Self-care isn’t a luxury — it’s a foundation for mental, emotional, and physical balance. When life feels overwhelming, taking time to rest, reset, and recharge allows your mind and body to function from a place of strength instead of survival.
