I hope that 2026 is off to a good start for you and you’re staying warm in these frigid times. :)
I want to provide an update for all who may be interested in the goings on here at Lotus Be Well. Lotus and the upper level of the building has been officially closed since December 20th. I’ve been plugging away at clearing out the upper level and readying the space for new renters or owners. Although there has been serious interest in the space, nothing has come to fruition as of yet.
I see multiple possibilities for the use of the Lotus space and the hopeful continuance of the great wellness community that was created here. I have a long list of individuals and businesses who would like to purchase some of the equipment here, but my first preference would be to find the perfect person or group who wants to build upon what is already here and maintain the holistic health theme represented throughout the rest of the building.
Do you know someone in the wellness industry who is looking for a space to practice? The space, with its current layout, would be excellent for a small functional medicine clinic, medi-spa, esthetic/nail services, nutritional IVs, or chiropractic clinic. Besides wellness ventures, the space could even work well as a work space or artist collaborative. I am open to all possibilities: bulk sale of therapeutic equipment/business for offsite use, sale for onsite use with lease of space, or sale of the entire 6200+ square foot building.
In case you know someone who may be interested, some details of the space and equipment follow:
The upper level of Lotus offers nearly 3200 square feet of premium space with Main Street visibility and handicap access as well as ample free parking behind the building with duo access to the upper level. Features of the available Main St. level space include 700+ square foot shop with beautiful store fixtures and checkout area. There are also 10 private rooms varying in size to accommodate office/consult areas as well as small treatment rooms. 2 ADA compliant restrooms, a kitchenette, and a larger community waiting area with wall-mounted lockers and large screen tv. The space also has security cameras, sound system throughout and wifi boosters to ensure internet access.
The therapies that are still in place include: Aromatherapy Oxygen bar with infrared mat seating for four, 3 types of Bioelectric therapy (1 Ultimate Zapper, 3 Biotrohn variable microcurrent devices, 3 Wellness Pro+ TENS/microcurrent devices), stand-up light therapy with tanning, 2 relaxation rooms with vibroacoustic loungers, 2 BrainBoost PowerNap stations, 2 Hypervibe (vibration platforms) and a large energized infrared sauna with tv. There is also a ZYTO Balance health & wellness scanner, a HRT (Heart Rate Variability Scan), and Fit3D body imaging device and more.
Besides the café and four treatment rooms that are already rented in the lower level, there are 2 more ADA compliant bathrooms, utility room with washer/dryer and an unrented 700+ square foot studio space. The studio has functioned as a fitness room, yoga studio, conference room and small event space. It features industrial style shelving, wall-mounted cubies, large screen tv, and storage space for conference tables and chairs to accommodate 25. Yoga and light fitness equipment is also onsite.
I have not forgotten all of you who expressed interest in equipment! If I do not find a great fit for the space and equipment as a package deal, I will reach out to explore the sale of individual pieces of equipment. Thank you for your patience.
