A Care Home with a Heart of Love

Loreto on the Plains Personal Care Home is a Respect Life Care Home where the sanctity of every human life is respected and protected. There are 3 types of care available at Loreto. 1. Elderly, sick and terminally ill 2. Transitional Care 3. Respite Care

The care at Loreto has been entitled the New Pathway of Care because of the creation of the home-like atmosphere very much like being in a real home environment where all the families become friends and show care for each other as in real families. Everyone is welcome to experience birthdays and celebrations of life together or in the privacy of one of the many areas. Loreto has a great playground for the children and a beautiful toy room. The bedrooms are large and each one is uniquely decorated with plenty of room for visiting. Whether out in the beautiful gardens or in the cool of one of the gazebos, a private visit celebrating a special family occasion, Loreto is a good place for family connections. Our motto at Loreto is “Where Prayer makes the difference, Giving of Hope where there is no hope!” We welcome people of all faith traditions, races, and generations.

Our goal is to walk with our Patient/Resident during this time in their lives as we fill them with experiences of Life until the day that Jesus calls them Home. The flower gardens and plants are filled with new Life every day, the birds sing in the gardens, the animals play, in the evening we play games or you might find us sitting by the water feature listening to the water trickle over the rocks into the fish pond below.

Come to visit us at Loreto on the Plains, 1270 Central Ave in Hartley. Turn at the blinking light, cross the railroad tracks on FM 998, stay on the hardtop curve to the left and then to the right.
