DAV Chapter 39 of Lincoln County, Commander Millard Thompson and American Legion Post 103, Adjutant John Toney presented a donation to the school to help promote the school's Student Incentive Program. This program is designed to promote academic excellence and achievement in the students and to reward them for this achievement with fun group activities.

Our Veterans organizations are proud to assist in any way to foster excellence in education in our community's youth. Thank you to the wonderful teachers and staff at Harts PreK-8 for all the tremendous job you do in instructing and mentoring these terrific children.

Thank you to the America Legion and Disabled American Veterans Chapter 39 of a Lincoln County for your generous donation to Harts PK-8.

Eventhough it is a little late, our chapter would like to very much thank the guys, gals, friends, family and the Harts Volunteer Fire Department and all of those who helped make our hot dog sale and fundraiser a great success on September 19th. Also, a big thank you to all the people of our great community that bought hot dogs and made donations to our chapter. It is because of your caring and generosity that we can assist Veterans and other members of our community who may be in need and also promote other programs. THANK YOU!!

Our chapter will be having a Hot Dog 🌭🌭 sale today at Harts Volunteer Fire Department. We will begin selling at 10am until they are all gone. We'll have all the fixin's for a delicious dog. We'll also have chips and soda. So if you want a good lunch at a good price stop by and get some dogs for yourself or for the whole family.
