Due to the Hartselle City Parade, we will take our last patients at 1:20pm today, Thursday, Dec 11, 2025.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING FROM EACH OF US HERE AT CEDAR STREET MEDICAL!!
We will close at Noon Wednesday 11/26 and remain closed 11/27 and 11/28 to celebrate with our families.
We will see you back in the office Monday morning 12/1 at 8:00am.

**UPDATE**
This was resolved today at 11:00 am

We are currently experiencing some technical difficulty with our phones!

We are working on getting them back up but we are open and still seeing patients until 12:00 pm close today!

We are experiencing an outage of our internet and we are trying to get this resolved as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, our phones will be down until this is resolved.

Cedar Street Medical Associates would like to proudly announce the addition of our newest Nurse Practitioner, Hannah Baker. Hannah will be taking new primary care patients as well as walk-ins. Please help us welcome her to our amazing team! Call 256-773-2260 !




**Sheli Ward, CRNP is no longer with our practice as one of our primary care providers. She was given the opportunity to work as an urgent care provider at another facility and has made the transition there. We wish Sheli all the best in her new endeavors.
