I am so excited to be offering groups again! I thoroughly enjoy this type of work, especially when it involves helping other women. Starting in April, there will be 2 small group available on Sundays, Gifts of Imperfection (2pm-4pm) and Set Boundaries, Find Peace (4:30pm-6:30pm).

Each group session is 2 hours long, with the exception of the first one (4/12). Our first meeting we will spend time getting to know one another and go over the group rules & expectations. You will also receive your book and journal this night as well.

A screening instrument will be provided before registration.

Bibliotherapy Groups are back!
New Group!! The Gifts of Imperfection starts Sunday, April 12th at 2pm.. Seating is limited to 6 women. Cost is $250 and includes ten 2-hour sessions, the book, and a journal.
Returning Grouo!! Set Boundaries, Find P ace also starts Sunday, April 12th at 4:30pm. Seating is also limited to 6 women. Cost is $259 and includes Helen 2-hour group sessions, the book, and a journal.

To all of my clients: please stay weather aware. Depending upon conditions, those who are scheduled to be in-office on Saturday and Sunday may need to be moved to virtual appointments. In that case, Saturday appointments will be moved to virtual on Monday and Sunday appointments will be moved to virtual on Tuesday. Wednesday will also be opened up for appointments, if needed.

Redwood Counseling will be closed the week of Christmas, 12/22-12/27, and will reopen for sessions on Sunday & Monday, 12/28 & 12/29.
Tuesday & Wednesday, 12/30 & 12/31, the office will be closed, as usual.
Sessions will resume on Thursday, 1/1 (New Year’s Day) and Friday, 1/2.
Saturday, 1/3, Redwood be closed again for Heather to spend time with her family to celebrate her birthday and then reopen on Sunday, 1/4 as usual.

Redwood Counseling will be closed on Thursday and Friday of this week to spend time with family during the Thanksgiving holiday. The office will reopen at 7am Saturday.
