To Our Patients:

We would first like to thank everyone who has visited one of our clinics and entrusted us with your health. Your health is of the utmost importance to us, as is the health of our staff and providers.

COVID numbers have recently gone up again, resulting in a massive increase in patients and the demand for COVID testing. Unfortunately, we are in a nationwide shortage of COVID tests, and we are doing our best to keep up with this demand. The number of tests we are able to acquire is out of our hands and we are actively trying to obtain more to meet your needs.

Like many other businesses, we are in a hiring crisis and actively seeking to hire at all of our clinics in order to serve you and reduce stress on our teams. We are continuously busy and happy to help our communities, but we ask for your patience and understanding in this difficult time.

In order to provide the highest quality healthcare for you and your loved ones, we will be limiting the number of patients we see each day. We will remain open 7 days a week, and although we are still a walk-in urgent care, we ask that you reserve a spot through our website for your visit as this will aid the process of getting you seen in a timely manner.

Our phones are overloaded with calls so please know that we are not ignoring you as we can only answer so many incoming calls at a time. We appreciate your understanding more than you could ever know.
