I’m not sure why the Lord has put this on my heart to share. While I am over the moon excited to be able to offer advanced therapeutic interventions for our kiddos in our community; I am even more blessed to have therapist with huge hearts for the children we serve and a passion to continue strive to learn how to help them best! Without these qualities, we are useless to our kiddos. It has always been my greatest desire to offer therapeutic interventions to our kiddos just like the “ bigger cities and richer states “ can offer. I never wanted a family to feel that if they lived in New York or California there child would have access to better therapy.
NOW this is what the Lord has put on my heart. Which may contradict what I just said. A therapy center may have all the bells and whistles and the best trained therapist…. BUT if they have no heart, no love, no compassion, no zeal for your baby… then you have a big problem on your hands! I would hands down take a PT/OT/ or ST that operated out of a little room with just the skills and tools they have access to and knew beyond the shadow of a doubt they had the love, passion, and zeal for my baby’s success!! I was once that therapist. I was blessed with an opportunity to start with amazing therapists and we had meger beginnings. We were making a difference though! The Lord has blessed me in so many ways. To him I give all the glory!
