I walked into the gym yesterday morning and got completely caught off guard…

Apparently some of our members and friends decided to break in after hours and decorate the place for my birthday 😂

So first off… we might need to tighten up security around here!
But seriously, that meant a lot. This place has always been about more than just workouts, and moments like that are a reminder of the kind of community we’ve built together.

I also just want to say thank you to everyone who reached out yesterday. I appreciate it more than you know.

Feeling really grateful today. Grateful for this gym, for the people in it, and for the chance to keep doing what I love every day.

Quick update on the 4-week Reset.
I’ve got this round filled and we’re getting started.

I appreciate everyone who reached out and asked questions about it over the past week or so.

I’m going to run another round once this one wraps up, so if you were thinking about it but didn’t jump in this time, I’ll start a short waitlist.

No pressure, just gives you first dibs when the next one opens up.

One of the worst pieces of fitness advice that stuck around over the years is “no pain, no gain.”
There’s a big difference between discomfort and actual pain.

Muscles burning during a set? That’s normal.
Being out of breath? Also normal.
But sharp pain, joint pain, or something that changes the way you move isn’t something you should just push through. Usually that’s a sign something needs to be adjusted.

A good example is my mom, who trains with us. She deals with neuropathy that causes pain in her feet. Instead of telling her to power through it, we modify movements so she can still get a safe and effective workout without making that problem worse.

A lot of people stop exercising because something starts hurting. Most of the time it doesn’t mean you can’t train, it just means the approach needs to change.

We’ve had quite a few people at Rewire work around things like this over the years, and due to our adjustments they are still going strong.

Quick update on the 4-week Reset I posted about last week.

This is for adults who want to rebuild some consistency without jumping into something extreme.

You’ll train in the regular group sessions and get a weekly 30-minute check-in with me so you’re not guessing your way through things.

I wanted to add one quick thought about the 4-week Reset I posted about last week.

If you saw it and thought something like
“I should probably get back into shape first…”
That’s actually who this is for.

Nobody is expected to show up already in great shape. The whole point of the weekly check-ins is so you’re not guessing and trying to figure it out alone.

Our sessions usually run about 4–8 people, so nobody gets lost in the shuffle.
You don’t need to be motivated,y ou just need a place to start.

I’ve had a lot of conversations lately that sound like this:

“I know I need to get in shape, but I have a problem sticking to a plan.”

So I’m going to try something simple.

I’m opening up 4 spots for a 4-week Reset at Rewire.

Nothing extreme:

You’ll train in our normal group sessions (most classes are 4–8 people), and you’ll get one 30-minute check-in with me each week to make sure you’re on track.
We can use that time for whatever makes the most sense (form work, accountability, nutrition, etc.)
The goal isn’t to crush you, it’s to build consistency and confidence.

It’s $249 for the 4 weeks.
If you stick around afterward, I’ll apply $100 toward your next month.

If you’ve been thinking about getting back into it, this might be a good starting point.
