Last night, BraveHearts hosted our Annual Volunteer Recognition Night honoring our tremendous volunteer community for their service in 2025. We were blessed to recognize more than 130 people for their tremendous efforts in supporting our programs and farms last year. The passion for the BraveHearts mission was palpable in the room and we are so grateful for each of you!
Additionally, we’d like to acknowledge and sincerely thank all those who weren’t able to attend in person. We also recognize so many extraordinary people who help from behind the scenes from hauling horses across the country, to staff who work beyond their hours required, to industry experts who donate their time to our mission. It’s taken decades to have the innovative design and substantial educational opportunities for developing and impacting volunteers to support our operations. Last year our volunteer community gave nearly 32,000 hours which equated to approximately $1,113,000 per the Points of Life valuation. We couldn’t do all we do without our entire volunteer community and we sincerely thank YOU!
Also, a special shout out to our team who collectively brought last night’s event to life and to our world class therapy horses who make ALL we do possible.
