Today On Scene had 2 successful classes. We had a HeartSaver CPR/FirstAid and a Basic Life Support class. Thanks to all our students that attended those classes.

Most cardiac arrests outside the hospital happen at home, like Marla Sewall's did. Her husband, Cary, performed CPR until paramedics arrived. "You don't know when or where you're going to run into somebody having sudden cardiac arrest, and there's not always time to wait for a health professional," he said. "If you know what to do, you can save somebody's life."
