Meet Michelle: Your Guide to Holistic Wellness! From a young age, the world of mysticism and healing has held a special place in my heart. But it was the incredible journey of my eldest son, who defied the odds to overcome severe disabilities and flourish as an adult, that truly awakened my inner healer. This life-changing experience fueled a deep passion for the healing arts, leading me to explore and master various modalities through workshops, courses, and endless curiosity. As a Reiki Master and Teacher, my love for Energy Healing has only grown stronger. My dedication to mastering the art of healing pushed me to seek out advanced training, including a transformative year-long intensive with the renowned Eden Energy Medicine Program. This experience expanded my expertise in working with diverse energy systems, allowing me to clear and revitalize stagnant energy with precision and care. Now, I invite you to join me on a transformative journey toward balance and wellness! What I Offer:
I specialize in Energy Bodywork, working with multiple energy centers, acupressure meridian points, and biofields. Together, we can clear and balance emotional and physical energy, offering you wise guidance for navigating life's challenges. My intuition guides me to the areas where you need the most support, providing simple yet powerful insights for your well-being. A Little About Me:
I'm a proud native of Back Mountain, where I've lived for 36 wonderful years. I've been happily married to my adorable husband for 38 years, and we're blessed with three thriving adult children and a growing tribe of grandchildren. Our favorite moments are spent by the lake, soaking in family time. I'm also a fur mom to two spoiled pups, and I have a passion for traveling, home and garden design, learning, thrifting, repurposing, and staying active outdoors. Over the years, I've faced my own challenges with weight, stress, and minor health issues, but I've gathered an array of healing tools that have helped me thrive in mid-life. I'm far from perfect, but I’m living a peaceful, healthy, and fulfilling life—and I’m excited to help you do the same! My Healing Journey:
Over the years, I've navigated my own challenges, from emotional and physical hurdles to mental health struggles. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the healing process and made me more relatable to those facing similar issues. Through dedication to Energy Medicine and other holistic practices, I've been able to overcome these obstacles, finding peace, balance, and resilience. My journey has reinforced my belief in the power of holistic healing, and I'm passionate about guiding others through their own transformative experiences. Ethics are at the core of my practice. You’ll never feel pressured to become dependent on additional services, and I uphold the highest standards of confidentiality. I fully support traditional medicine and would never suggest anything that contradicts the advice of your healthcare professional. My work is here to complement and enhance your overall wellness journey, respecting the full range of healthcare options available to you. I also have state and federal background clearances, ensuring you can trust me with your well-being.

All this talk about alignment, what does it mean?
Mostly, I see it as an inner conflict, denying that two things can coexist at the same time within oneself, and that is perfectly normal.

~You can love and also be irritated by loved ones, friends, and colleagues.
~You can feel unwell and yet feel good about doing certain things too.
~You can feel stress over finances, yet deeply appreciate all the blessings you do have.

Tip: Notice when these unwanted thoughts come up and give them much-needed grace and compassion. The more you dismiss unwanted thoughts and feelings, the more you reinforce and become more powerful. Ask me about working on my inner critic and perfectionistic rejected parts the past year, lol

I highly recommend Charlie Goldsmith’s book Human Medicine. It helps bridge the things we deny in ourselves, like anger, shame, and perfectionism, to make peace and thrive when we are in alignment.

This! We wonder why we have so many allergy, inflammation and even cancer health issues.
Even products cleverly disguised with “natural essential oils” scents are toxic. Every time I see a Gains laundry scent bead commercial, I cringe!

I don’t burn scented candles or use scented cleaning and laundry.

Speaking of essential oils: so many are extremely toxic to people and pets. I’ve read horror stories about pets dying for years in my wellness practitioner groups. I was lucky to learn this from renowned herbalist Susun W**d many years ago about their dangers.

I have dogs: I only burn for a minute or 2 some natural sage sticks which has antiseptic and antimicrobial properties.

Now you know better and can make better choices!

This is my budget-friendly version of medicinal mushroom coffee. It tastes better than the expensive name-brand mushroom coffee, which I find to be too mushroom-y tasting. I just add 2 capsules of mushroom power (taken out of the capsules), some cocao powder, and some cloves into my coffee grinder. Sometimes, I’ll add some cinnamon. You add these to regular ground coffee, too.

It’s filled with antioxidants, adaptogens, and anti-inflammatory properties.

I just had routine bloodwork last week; my iron and vitamin levels were great.

I purchased all of these on Amazon Prime.

Be well, Michelle

Although I'm pretty active, I'm pretty lazy about exercising, but I LOVE my rebounder! I just do it for about 5 minutes every day, and a few times a week, I jump with hand weights. The Bcan brand (Dr Dan is using here) on Amazon is very reasonable. I do recommend buying one with bands instead of metal springs. I just upgraded to the band type, and it's so much easier on my joints and has a better bounce. You do not have to be super fit to do this. There are tons of "gentle health bounce" videos on YouTube.

✨ Happy New Year, everyone! ✨
It’s that beautiful time for reflection, reboot, and renewal.
We’re wrapping up an intense astrology 9‑year cycle—yes… 9 YEARS! Fresh new energy is rolling in, and with the upcoming Year of the Horse, we’re galloping into something brighter and more expansive. Wahoo!
I’m already feeling the shift (in the best way), and I hope you’re starting to feel it too. Take a few minutes to reflect on the past year… and the past nine. You can sit with it, ponder it, or write it out—whatever helps you process and release.
Now is the perfect moment to clear your energy so you can make space for what’s new and aligned. I recommend the 5‑Minute Energy Routine (link in the comments). A candlelit bath with Epsom salts and baking soda is also amazing for clearing personal energy. And, of course, write down and set those healthy intentions moving forward.
If you’ve had a particularly rough year or 9‑year cycle and need deeper support, I’m here. Book a deep Energy Clearing & Balancing Session with me.

If you follow this page, I also offer group workshops on Energy Medicine (EEM) Self‑Healing & Clearing Techniques. Let’s collaborate and uplift our community together!
Let’s shine in 2026!
Best, Michelle

When I say ‘happy new year’,
I’m not for a moment,
expecting this to occur,
for that is not possible,
a year must be all things.

Happiness must come and go,
like the tides and the winds,
just as sadness,
and all the emotions in between.

When I say ‘happy new year’,
I’m really wishing you,
a baseline of peace,
of gratitude.

Because if you can sit with these things,
for the most part,
happiness will thrive,
when it does arrive,
and sadness will know its place in the mix.

If you can nourish these things,
daily,
you will also grow hope,
for it flourishes in such soil.

And hope is the key,
to this enigmatic state
of ‘happiness’ we seek.

When I say ‘happy new year’,
I’m really wishing you more happy days,
than sad days,
more joy than misery,
more laughter than tears…
and the wisdom to accept,
that they all belong.

Happy new year, my friends.
Happy new year.
