Here we go...Time to vent...Weight watchers works...Is that why your fat again?"oh but it worked when I was on it"...Crack worked when I was on it too...Never ate, it was great...(just kidding I never did crack,just an example). South beach diet works! Oh, is that why you are fat again?"when I was on it I did real well". Why don't you give me a copy of your competition diet? Because you won't learn anything...Besides my diet is for ME, not for YOU.Ideal Protein works! I know 3 people who had their gall bladders out after that nightmarish diet. Here is the moral of the story...The only thing that works is something that is sustainable for eternity, like...lets say LIFESTYLE CHANGE...Quick fixes teach you that in a controlled enviroment,the end result can be predicted and expected if you avoid contaminants. Much like a scientific experiment. However, we as humans can only sustain certain circumstances for a certain amount of time. Lifestyle change is a slow process. Most people quit before they reach the desired result..."I just can't get my food together in the morning"...I can, sorry about that...I get up 90 min before I have to be at work to get my food together. I have a system...I'm not "Lucky" or genetically gifted. I bust my ass, in and out of the gym. Don't forget I am now 42 years old,not 25,but Im still in shape...Sorry about that.
Our weight, and fitness level is one of the few things in life we have control over. Imagine waking up in the morning, lokking in the mirror, and starting your day with,"wow I still look pretty good". Or you sprint by the mirror because you can't stand what you see...I know some of you have medical issues,Thyroid, etc,but it just makes it harder not impossible.Do you think that someone with a learning disability cannot become a doctor or a lawyer? Get your s**t together and stop making excuses...Your life could depend on it...
