Modern dentistry provides many alternatives for your comfort and the longevity of your dental health. There are several areas on our website that explain more about our philosophy, our practice, or staff and our services. One of our quality goals is to provide you with the most thorough dental examination possible. The examination is a Co-Discovery process (meaning you are a part of the exam - not just a passive patient). The examination includes necessary dental films (x-rays), an Oral Cancer Screening, an exam for early signs of any gum disease, and an evaluation of your bite and jaw joint. Extended exams may include a Cosmetic Evaluation or an Implant Evaluation. Whatever your goals are concerning your dental health, we are here to assist you. The examination is followed by a consultation about your goals and your dental needs. All questions and concerns are completely covered. Then, the time and investment for the treatment you choose is outlined. Financial arrangements, including answers to questions about any insurance coverage you might have, are made with our Patient Coordinator before any treatment is begun.

Well, the situation has not improved as we had hoped. For the benefit of all, we are following orders to stay at home. The office will only see EMERGENCIES.

Please call ahead to schedule an emergency visit.

We can't wait to see everyone of you again.

In the meantime, brush, floss, and read a book.

Also, rinse your mouths with 1% hydrogen peroxide (patients on PerioProtect, keep doing what you're doing).

In light of recent developments, My 32 Pearls General Dentistry will be following ISDS guidelines regarding the COVID19 containment. For everyone's safety, the office will only treat dental emergencies during regular hours until March 30. Please call the office ahead to make an appointment.

I really HATE calculus!
1. The branch of mathematics that deals with the finding and properties of derivatives and integrals of functions, by methods originally based on the summation of infinitesimal differences. The two main types are differential calculus and integral calculus.
2. A hard calcified deposit that forms on the teeth and contributes to their decay.

Q: How does a dentist who learned calculus scold her patients about not flossing?
