🌿 Reconnect & Restore — A 4-Week Virtual Couples Group 
 
Over four weekly one-hour sessions, you’ll work alongside other couples in a safe, confidential space, learning practical skills rooted in evidence-based approaches that actually work. 
 
Together, you’ll learn how to communicate with kindness and clarity, move through conflict without losing each other, and rediscover the warmth and friendship at the heart of your relationship.
 
This group is open to couples at every stage: dating, cohabiting, newly married, and long-term. Whether you’re struggling or simply want to strengthen what you already have, there is a place for you here. 

Your relationship is worth investing in. We’re here to walk alongside you. 

🗓️ Monday Evenings 6:30-7:30pm from April 20th - May 18th
🗒️ $75 single session • 250 per couple for all four sessions

Her style is compassionate and empowering. She strives to create a supportive and respectful space where individuals feel heard, understood, and safe to share their experiences. Psian is committed to meeting clients where they are and working alongside them as they navigate challenges and move toward healing and growth.

Outside of sessions, Psian enjoys traveling, animals, and coffee. ☕️

Our team had the opportunity to connect with other Latinx mental health professional and our Executive Director, Tamir, presented her session titled “Pelo Bueno, Pelo Malo- Untangling Identity: Hair Narratives, Anti-Blackness, and Collective Hearing”!

🎨 Art Therapy Group! (Ages 8–12 and 13-17)

Starting May 12th, join us every Tuesday at our Hasbrouck Heights location for 6 weeks of creativity, self-expression, and connection! Group from 5-6pm for ages 8-12 and 6-7pm for ages 13-17.

This group helps kids:
💛 Express emotions in healthy ways
💛 Build confidence and self-esteem
💛 Develop coping skills through the power of art

Led by Alexis Treanor, LPC, ATR-BC, this hands-on group provides a safe, fun, and supportive space for children to grow.
