Pumpkin Dip
1 can pumpkin (15 oz)
1 tub cool whip ( 8 oz )
1 box vanilla instant pudding ( 1 oz)
1 tsp. Pumpkin spice
Mix all ingredients and serve with graham crackers

Creamy Italian Chicken

4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 env dry Italian dressing mix
1/4 cup water
1 80z. pkg. Cream Cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken

Cut Chicken in strips, put in crockpot.
pour dressing mix & water over Chicken.
Cook 3 hours
Beat Cream Cheese, stir in soup. Pour over chicken.
cook another 45 min or until hot.

Optional: serve with Rice
