We have had many ask for a regular scheduled class for school aged kids —- welcome, Little Yogis Flow & Mindfulness ✨
This is supportive class designed for children ages five and up. Through 30mins of sequencing yoga flows, mindful movement, breathing exercises, and 15 minutes of mindfulness, kids will build strength, flexibility, focus, and emotional awareness.
Classes will encourage confidence, self regulation and kindness towards themselves and others while leaving room for imagination and connection. A perfect blend of movement and mindfulness to help young yogis grow both on and off the mat.
Thursday’s starting Feb 19th at 4:30pm!
