🏈 Ready to be the head coach when hosting today?

Take care of the designated drivers and provide plenty of food and non-alcoholic drinks. Most importantly, make the game-winning call: intercept their keys before they drink or if you feel their impaired.

We all have the same game plan when it comes to preventing drunk and impaired driving. And always buckle up. Your seat belt is your best defense if you’re in a crash.

Enjoy Super Bowl LX — safely. Remember: Fans Don’t Let Fans Drive Drunk. https://bit.ly/4qsD37H

Heart Health Month is a reminder that heart health is not just about what you eat or how much you move. It is also about how you manage stress, find joy, and stay connected.

At BCCMHA, we support the emotional well-being that helps families thrive. Laughter, movement, play, and time together all help lower stress and support a healthier heart. When mental health is cared for, heart health follows.

You do not have to do it all. You just have to start. ❤️ This month, focus on moments that bring calm, connection, and joy.
