Another service we offer at the Spa

A facial is a skincare treatment designed to cleanse, nourish, and rejuvenate the skin of the face. It typically follows a series of relaxing, methodical steps:
Cleansing: The skin is gently cleaned to remove makeup, oil, and impurities.

Exfoliation: Dead skin cells are removed using a scrub, enzyme, or mild chemical exfoliant to smooth the skin’s surface.

Steam (sometimes): Warm steam opens pores, softening debris and preparing the skin for deeper treatment.

Extractions (optional): Blackheads or clogged pores may be carefully removed.

Massage: The face, neck, and sometimes shoulders are massaged to boost circulation and promote relaxation.

Mask: A mask tailored to the skin type (hydrating, calming, purifying, or anti-aging) is applied.

Moisturizing & protection: Serums, moisturizer, and sunscreen are applied to hydrate and protect the skin.

Facials can be customized for different needs—such as acne, dryness, sensitivity, or aging—and are as much about relaxation as they are about skin health

This week's highlight is Reiki
Reiki is a holistic healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. The word Reiki comes from two Japanese terms: “Rei” (universal or spiritual wisdom) and “Ki” (life energy), referring to the idea of a universal life force that flows through all living things.
