❄️Monday Winter Myth Busting: If you’re not thirsty, you’re not dehydrated.

Truth: Cold weather can reduce your thirst signals, but your body still needs plenty of fluids. Dehydration is common in winter and can lead to headaches, fatigue, dry skin, and dizziness.

Winter Health Tip: Drink water regularly throughout the day—even if you don’t feel thirsty—and balance coffee or hot drinks with extra fluids.
