Roger Sperry, who won the Medical Nobel Prize in 1981, said that “90% of the brain’s🧠energy⚡️is used for posture alone.”
He called the spine “the MOTOR that DRIVES the BRAIN,” and stated that “90% of the nutrition and stimulation to the brain is generated by the of the spine.”
