🧘🏻‍♀️ Join us for a relaxing & slow yin yoga class Thursday evening at 7pm. In yin yoga we hold each pose for 3-5 minutes to allow our bodies to stretch deeper into each pose. It allows our muscles & joints to get a deeper stretch & it allows our minds to slow down & to get into a meditative state. The lights are off & we flow gently & slowly by candlelight (flameless).
✨To attend you can register on the site or message me! Classes are kept intentionally small so you can get the best experience. Classes are $12 per person. After 10 classes the 11th is free!
✨You can bring your own mat & props, but they can also be provided!
