Twin Cities Trade Service, LLC was purchased in October 2010 from Verlin Stoll by Aaron Stromberg. At the time of the purchase, Twin Cities Trade Service, with only one licensed funeral director and one removal van, was a “one man shop” averaging fifty calls per month.
Since then, Twin Cities Trade Service has dramatically increased its business, averaging 250-300 calls per month. We currently employ five licensed funeral directors. Twin Cities Trade Service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We always have two removal vans running and at least two licensed funeral directors on call each and every day. To accommodate home removals, funeral director assistants are available at all hours of the day to accompany the funeral director when needed.
How did Twin Cities Trade Service increase its business so much in the past 8 years? Not by advertising or soliciting. We have grown only by word of mouth. We take pride in the skills we bring to each removal and embalming we perform. The removal is one of the most important steps in developing a relationship with the family. Our funeral homes rely on us to make a good first impression. We have established close relationships with each funeral home we work with and consider ourselves one of their employees.
