That’s why we’re bringing COPE programs to our communities. It’s an evidenced based program, designed to help teens learn real life skills to manage stress, anxiety and tough emotions.

Stigma creates shame around something that is out of a person’s control. It silences people, isolates families, and keeps individuals from seeking help when they need it most.

Addiction can affect anyone. It is a disease that changes the brain. It is not a moral failing or a lack of willpower. Once addiction takes hold, use is no longer a simple choice.

❤️ Recovery is possible.
And as a community, ending stigma is a critical step toward saving lives and supporting healing.

Your words matter. Compassion matters. People matter.
