Dr. Carrie Wilgus is a board certified pediatrician who received her medical degree from Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indiana. She completed her three-year residency at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Dr. Carrie Wilgus has been serving the Barry County community as a pediatrician since 1999. Dr. Abby St. Jacques is a pediatrician who is originally from Grand Rapids and loves the West Michigan area. She finished high school in Thailand and completed her undergraduate at Houghton College in New York. She returned to Michigan and obtained her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in 2011, completed her three-year residency in pediatrics at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital in Grand Rapids in 2014, and has been in Hastings since that time working at Southside Pediatrics. She and her husband Matt have 3 young boys. Ashley Gielarowski FM-NP earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Davenport University. Then for five years, Ashley worked as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Spectrum Pennock Hospital, while earning her Master of Science Degree at Georgetown University. It was during this time she developed her passion for pediatrics. Ashley enjoyed two clinical rotations at Southside Pediatrics prior to graduating in December of 2015 and starting at Southside Pediatrics in early 2016. Ashley and her husband, Nick, are longtime residents of Barry County and reside in Hastings. They are both active members of their local church where they enjoy spending time serving the community. They have 1 young daughter and will be welcoming their second child in 2022. Emily Sydloski PA has been serving the Hastings community as a physician assistant since 2013. She grew up in Middleville, graduated from Thornapple Kellogg Schools and then attended Grand Valley State University. She received her Bachelors degree in Biomedical Sciences in 2010 and a Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2012. Emily worked in the Emergency Department and Urgent Care at Spectrum Health Pennock Hospital for 4 years before joining the Southside Pediatrics team in 2017. Emily and her husband Mitch reside in the Middleville area with their 2 young children. Jess Peacock P-NP completed her undergraduate degree at Alpena Community College in 2005 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ferris State University in 2015. For 13 years Jess was employed at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital where she gained valuable experience caring for children of all ages. Jess had the pleasure of completing two clinical rotations at Southside Pediatrics. In July of 2018, Jess graduated from Wayne State University with a Master of Science with a specialty in Pediatrics and then joined the Southside Pediatrics team. Jess and her husband, Tom, and their two children reside in the Gun Lake area and enjoy spending time outdoors.
