March is Kidney Awareness Month, they play a vital role in keeping our bodies healthy. Kidneys filter waste and excess fluids from our blood, regulate blood pressure, produce hormones, and more.

How can you keep your kidneys healthy?
🔵 Drink plenty of water.
🔵 Eat a balanced diet.
🔵 Exercise regularly.
🔵 Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption.
🔵 Manage your blood pressure and blood sugar levels.

It's important to recognize the symptoms of kidney disease, such as fatigue, swelling in the hands and feet, changes in urination, and blood in the urine. If you're experiencing any of these symptoms, please talk to your healthcare provider!
