Creighton College of Nursing faculty decorated a tree at Stuhr Museum for The Fantasy of Trees exhibit. Our tree, along with many others from local businesses and organizations, will be on display until January 7.

Faculty and students collaborated with CHI Health St. Francis to decorate a float and participate in the Harvest of Harmony Parade. It was a chilly but fun morning!

Faculty spent time at Hastings Family YMCA today to encourage physical activity with 400 4th graders from Adams, Clay, Nuckolls, and Webster counties. Their station was all about jump roping!

Our students were back on campus today for a reflective seminar. Their 12 months in the program is quickly coming to an end, and we are so proud of their hard work!

Congratulations to the students enrolled in the 3+1 program with Hastings College who graduated with their Bachelor's degrees over the weekend! Next stop....BSN in August 2023 from Creighton University.

After students learned about Sigma Iota Tau, they presented their community projects to CHI Health St. Francis leadership and individuals from the community. This year, students worked with Hope Harbor, Inc., Goodwill Industries International, Literacy Council of Grand Island, Project SEARCH, and the Multicultural Coalition.

A group of students has been working with clients at Goodwill Industries International in Grand Island as part of their clinical experiences.

The students found that many in the community are unaware of the services offered by Goodwill. They worked with KSNB Local4 to increase awareness of what Goodwill has to offer.

Nearly 50 million Americans experience some form of mental illness, that’s according to Mental Health America.
