Precision changes outcomes.

If you’re not evaluating specific, you’re just hoping.

We don’t hope. We listen to the body.

Wellness Wednesday 🌿
Your body is constantly communicating — even in the little things.

That tight shoulder, restless sleep, low energy, or feeling “off”…
Sometimes those are early signs your nervous system is asking for support.

Wellness isn’t just about fixing pain — it’s about staying connected, balanced, and adaptable so your body can do what it was designed to do: heal and thrive. ✨

Take a breath, listen in, and give your body the care it deserves today.

Tip Tuesday 💡
Chronic hip pain isn’t always just the hip.

In Koren Specific Technique, we often look at two key players:
• the psoas muscle (a deep core muscle)
• the femur head and how it’s positioned

When the psoas is chronically stressed, it can pull the femur head forward and create what we call an exhaustion pattern — think forward head posture and femurs rotating forward, like a body that’s completely wiped out.

The goal?
✨ Bring the head back upright
✨ Guide the femurs back into balance
✨ Help the body stop compensating

Getting specific matters.

Did you know that something as simple as a tennis ball can help you relieve back pain? Rolling a tennis ball under your feet helps loosen tight muscles and tendons, not just in your feet, but also in your back and hamstrings. This simple act stimulates circulation and helps reduce tension, making it an easy way to alleviate discomfort.

It’s an effective and inexpensive method that can be done at home or on the go. This technique also promotes better flexibility and supports overall muscle health by releasing built-up tension in areas that are often neglected. Regular practice can lead to significant improvements in your posture and pain management.

Next time you're feeling tight, grab a tennis ball and give this method a try. You might be surprised by how much relief it brings! 🎾🦶

Your body was designed to heal, and healing works best when the nervous system gets clear, specific support.

When interference is reduced, the body can do exactly what it was meant to do. Stay consistent. Stay specific. 🤍

Wellness Wednesday: Balance Isn’t Just Muscles ⚖️

Good balance isn’t about strong legs alone.
It’s about how your brain + nervous system + inner ear + eyes work together.

When that system is off, it can look like:
• Feeling “off” or unsteady
• Brain fog
• Dizziness
• Fatigue
• Constant tension

Your body might be strong — but the signals aren’t clear.

✨ True wellness = clear communication in the nervous system.

When using an ArthroStim, it’s important to be mindful of jewelry and body piercings in the area you’re working 😊

Taking a moment to visualize your contact before adjusting helps ensure proper placement, accuracy, and patient comfort 👍 Small details like this can make a big difference in delivering specific, effective care ✨

✨ Testimonial Thursday ✨
This case is a powerful example of how consistent care can create meaningful change.

A 50-year-old patient presented with headaches, impaired balance, dizziness, tinnitus, and frequent nausea/vomiting. After KST care, she experienced weekly improvement—and after ten visits she is now headache free.

Grateful for outcomes like this and for the ability to serve through KST.

✨ Wellness Wednesday:
Balance is more than “not falling.” 🧠⚡️
It’s a skill that depends on neural integration, how well your brain is receiving and responding to information from your body.

Great balance relies on input from:
• eyes 👀
• inner ear 👂
• feet + joints (proprioception) 🦶
• nervous system coordination 🧠

When those systems communicate better, balance often improves fast and it can be measurable.
