I want to take a moment to introduce myself!

My name is Seth Jones and after spending nearly a decade as a public school teacher, I turned my compassion for people towards the senior population. ❤️💙 Your SMPDD MAC Team is growing! 💙❤️

Jaqueline Dedeaux and Jen Barrett recently joined our Mississippi Access to Care Center through the implementation of the Administration for Community Living's Expanding the Public Health Workforce grant. Jaqueline will be implementing our new Care Transitions program that focuses on supporting our elderly and disabled patients as they transition home from the hospital. Jen will be conducting client screenings for waiver enrollment and wellness checks to combat social isolation. We are excited to welcome them to the MAC Center Team as we continue to expand the services available to the residents of our 24-County Service Area.
