👉 Prehab (before surgery): Emphasis on building strength, stability, and control to prepare the body for surgery and improve recovery outcomes.

👉 Rehab (after surgery): Focuses on restoring movement, rebuilding strength, and gradually returning to functional and sport-specific activities.

Tracking motor development helps ensure little ones are growing strong!
🍼 0–3 months: Turns head side to side (back), holds head ~45° on belly.
🌱 3–6 months: Rolls belly → back, pushes up on straight arms, steady head control in supported sit, brings hands to feet.
🚀 6–9 months: Belly crawling, sits independently, rolls back → belly, gets into sitting, pulls to stand.
Every baby develops at their own pace—these are general guidelines.
