🌟 Exciting News! 🌟 Today marks the launch of our very first Healthcare Career Exploration Event at Hattiesburg High School! 🎉

FGH is thrilled to introduce high school students from our region to the diverse and rewarding careers available within Forrest Health. 💼✨

Throughout the event, students will rotate through various “career stations,” each representing different departments within our organization. They’ll get a firsthand look at job responsibilities, educational pathways, and—most importantly—the chance to discover how they can grow and thrive in their own community! 🌍❤️

Our goal is to make this day both educational and fun, showing students that Forrest Health isn’t just a place to work—it’s a place to build a meaningful career. 🏥🌱

Congratulations to one of our interns Dr. Moore on her recent “champagne tap” while on her pediatric rotation! 🥂

A “champagne tap” refers to an ideal sample from a lumbar puncture or spinal tap in which there are no red blood cells, resulting in the fluid’s perfectly clear appearance.

We are so thankful that our residents have the opportunity to practice and perfect these procedures throughout training!
