🚨TESTIMONIAL TIME🚨
*A bit of a tear jerker*

On Jan 16th Tonya, began her journey at Champion's Way Training. She like many people designed change. You want to feel better, look better, and be better but bluntly when it came to this aspect of her life, this part was a STRUGGLE. Her exact work were at the time “it’s always been hard for me to lose weight”

6 months into this journey Tonya wasn’t seeing the results she wanted to see. She was frustrated 😔. Clothes were a looser but overall still not seeing what she wanted to see. It got to a point where she thought about stopping the program, even took a week off.

In the middle of August we sat down with Tonya and gave her a custom meal plan and EVERYTHING changed. In ONE month of being on the meal plan Tonya dropped 7.5lbs which was the third highest weight drop for the whole month of August of over 80 people!! She went from being on the verge of quitting to the top of the mountain and for the SECOND CONSECUTIVE MONTH is currently on the verge of hitting her September goal. Shes 85% of the way there and we’re only 15 days in!!!

Tonya IS a champion!!! She embodies physically and mentally what this journey is about. It’s not just about what she wanted to accomplish but about WHO she wanted to be, an example, a role model to her daughters!

She on a role and not looking back!!! She not 11lbs down in 6 weeks!(and counting!!

Tonya we love you!! Your crushing it and yiu deserved every bit of this congratulations!!

You ARE a true CHAMPION!!!

Humans are naturally skeptic most of the time. Taking that risk, moving into that uncertainty especially when failure preceded whatever adventure that's about to take place.

What we love about people like Sparkle is that in spite of ALLLLLLLLL of that she said "I'm worth being happy" and decided to take the first step in not only being the best version of herself for her, but also to be an anchor of change in her family for generations to come.

Her journey is not to be reduced to a "gym membership" or a "fitness program" this is the start of a totally new direction in life, one now filled with PURPOSE!!
