💛 Helping a Friend Through Grief 💛

When someone we care about loses a loved one, it’s natural to want to help — but sometimes, we’re not sure how. The truth is, small gestures of kindness often mean the most. 🌿

Here are a few gentle ways to support someone who’s grieving:
🤍 Listen without fixing. Sometimes, they just need to be heard.
🤍 Be present. Sit with them, even in silence — your presence speaks volumes.
🤍 Offer specific help. Instead of saying “Let me know if you need anything,” try “Can I bring dinner on Thursday?”
🤍 Remember important dates. A simple message on an anniversary or birthday shows you haven’t forgotten.

Grief doesn’t have a timeline, and neither should our care. Being there — in quiet, steady ways — helps remind them they’re not alone. 💫
