In 2013, Dr Jason Pape finally realized his dream of a fully integrative holistic wellness center. Featuring chiropractic care at its core, Dr Pape brought the best practitioners in the field of holistic health care together to offer patients the best one-stop healthcare shop on Long Island. Complementing his chiropractic practice with massage therapy, acupuncture, nutrition, hypnosis, psychotherapy and speech therapy, The Vitality Center also hosts various yoga classes, a monthly Reiki healing circle, ballet burn classes, Tai Chi/Qi Gong classes, and one-on-one personal training using cutting edge techniques to both improve one's core strength and correct postural faults. The Center also hosts frequent seminars and workshops from both in-house practitioners and other like-minded professionals to continue to educate, engage and enlighten the surrounding community. Dr. Pape has also been able to expand and offer more holistic services including the Interactive Metronome for improving brain function, HALO homeopathic light therapy, hCG weight loss and a full-scale detoxification suite with an EMF-free IR sauna, ionic footbath, alkaline water station, and Lipo-Light for both detoxification and spot fat loss reduction. Dr. Pape has also expanded his role as a holistic gatekeeper in specializing in function diagnostic medicine to offer patients an alternative to traditional medical hamster wheel.
