At Willow Ridge Hospice, we are firmly committed to fostering a culture of respect, inclusion, and integrity. We do not condone or support any form of violence, hate speech, or actions that promote harm, discrimination, or division—whether directly or indirectly.
We understand that employees have the right to express their personal opinions on social media and other platforms. However, when public statements made by individuals associated with our company contradict our core values or potentially reflect negatively on our brand, we take such matters seriously.
Recent comments made by one or more employees on personal social media accounts have come to our attention. While these views were expressed in a personal capacity, we recognize the broader impact such statements can have on our community and partners. We are actively addressing the matter internally in accordance with our company policies, which include clear guidelines on responsible communication, respectful conduct, and social media use.
We remain committed to open dialogue, continuous learning, and accountability at every level of our organization. Our leadership team is taking steps to reinforce expectations around professional conduct—both inside and outside the workplace—and to ensure our values are consistently upheld.
