Magnolia Bridge Home and Health LLC We provide Mobile (Home-Based) Outpatient Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy Services. We see our Clients and Staff as INDIVIDUALS, not dollar signs!

Magnolia Bridge Home and Health LLC is a small business locally owned and operated by an Occupational Therapist. Locally owned and operated by an Occupational Therapist with more than 20 years of experience being an OT. We strive to provide high quality and excellent care to our Clients and their Families! We currently offer Occupational Therapy in your home (billable to Med B Outpatient Therapy or Private Pay), Companion Services (non-hands-on support), In-Home Aide Services (limited assist hands-on support and non-hands-on support), and CNA Services (extensive to total assist hands-on support and non-hands-on support). Our Companions are supervised by an Occupational Therapist and our In-Home Aides/CNAs are supervised by a Registered Nurse.
